Who operates the platform, who provides real estate services and how to contact us.
The platform
CashBack.Rent is an online platform for finding property to rent or buy in Thailand. It works through the Telegram bot @rent_thai_bot, the Telegram mini-app opened from that bot and the website cashback.rent.
The platform publishes property information and delivers requests from people looking for property to real estate service providers. It is not a real estate agent or broker and is not a party to any lease, sale or booking.
Operator
The platform is operated by ClassAI Inc., a Delaware corporation, 1945 S Ocean Dr, Suite 1710, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA. It serves users in Thailand and is the data controller for personal data processed by the platform.
Real estate services
Viewings, negotiation, contract preparation, cashback offers and other real estate services are provided by separate Thai companies, not by the platform operator. Each provider names itself and its terms before it provides a service to you and is responsible for that service.

If a translation of the legal documents differs from the English version, the English version prevails, except where Thai law requires otherwise.
