What we do
We bring condos, houses and villas for rent into one catalogue: Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and other cities. Listings come from owners and agents.
Owner contacts are not published on the site. When you like a home, the real estate company that received your request contacts the owner.
How a request works
You send a request from the listing page: your name, how to reach you and a preferred date. No sign-up needed.
The request goes to a real estate company. Its manager asks the owner whether the home is free on your dates, and confirms the price, deposit and terms.
The company confirms the viewing time with you, runs the viewing and helps you through to the contract.
What it costs
The viewing is free for you. If a particular home comes with any fees, the company tells you before the viewing.
Prices and availability
Prices and free dates change. That is why they are always checked with the owner before a viewing instead of relying on the listing.
